Reliance Jio launches Jio-OnePlus 6T Unlock The Speed Offer to give customers Rs 5,400 instant cashback
Just ahead of the OnePlus 6T smartphone unveiling event in New York, Reliance Jio has announced that it has partnered with the Chinese company to bring a special offer to OnePlus and Jio users. The company said that its “Jio Unlock The Speed Offer” will provide an instant cashback of Rs 5,400 on the first prepaid recharge of Rs 299. Those who will avail the offer will get the cashback in the form of 36 vouchers worth Rs 150 each in the MyJio app. The telecom company said that customers can redeem these vouchers on subsequent recharges of Rs 299 thereby availing the benefits of the plan at an effective price of Rs 149 only. The plan will entitle them to 3GB 4G data per day for a period of 28 days with unlimited voice calls, SMS and access to Jio’s premium applications. This means that, effectively, the offer will give customers a total of 3TB of 4G data over 36 recharges. The “Jio Unlock The Speed Offer” is available for both existing and new Jio subscribers who purchase the OnePlus 6T. Customers can avail the offer with the first Rs 299 prepaid recharge at www.jio.com, Reliance Digital stores, MyJio Stores, Jio retailers and the MyJio app. The cashback vouchers can be redeemed for subsequent recharges of Rs 299 performed only through the MyJio app. Recently, OnePlus announced that the OnePlus 6T will be available at Reliance Digital stores. Under the terms of its deal with Reliance Digital, OnePlus will be offering its devices, including the OnePlus 6T, at the same price as online stores like Amazon, but buyers will get to avail benefits from promotional campaigns run by Reliance Digital stores. The OnePlus 6T will come with the company’s Screen Unlock technology and will house a 3700 mAh battery accompanied by OnePlus’ popular fast charging technology. The smartphone will be be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The smartphone is expected to run Android 9.0 Pie with OxygenOS skin on top.
