Samsung Galaxy A70s spotted on TENAA, may launch soon

We first talked about the Samsung Galaxy A70s back in May. After months of speculations and rumours, the Galaxy A70s has been spotted on the Chinese certification authority TENAA. Moreover, the phone is reported to be partly listed on the Samsung India support website. The Galaxy A70s is expected to be Samsung’s first device to come equipped with a 64MP ISOCELL BRIGHT GM1 sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy A70s is said to be a slightly iterated version of the Galaxy A70. It is expected to have identical dimensions and a similar battery as its predecessor. The Galaxy A70s was spotted on TENNA with the model number SM-A7070. According to the listing, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A70s will feature a 6.7-inch display and a 4400mAh battery. It is touted to offer dual-SIM card slots and measure 164.2 x 76.7 x 7.9mm.

The Samsung Galaxy A70s is rumoured to sport a Super AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch. It may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset. The smartphone is said to come with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. It is likely to run Android 9 Pie out of the box.

Previously, the Samsung Galaxy A70s was reportedly spotted on Geekbench listing where it managed to get a score of 2,365 points in the single-core test and 6,372 in the multi-core test. As mentioned before, the Galaxy A70s may sport a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor alongside an ultra-wide-angle lens and a depth sensor. However, details of the camera is yet to be known.

The Galaxy A70s may launch by the end of this month. It could be introduced at a starting price of Rs 32,990.
