Motorola One Action launched at Rs 13,999, comes with 21:9 CinemaVision Display, triple rear cameras, and more
Motorola has launched a new One-series smartphone in India. The Motorola One Action will go on sale for the first time in India on August 30. The smartphone comes with a dedicated Action camera. It lets users record landscape video while holding the phone vertically. The triple camera setup has a dedicated 117-degree ultra-wide angle lens action camera that is designed to capture detailed videos.
Motorola One Action specificationsThe Motorola One Action features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2520 pixels) IPS CinemaVision display. It has a hole-punch display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 9609 chipset, coupled with Mali G72 MP3 GPU and 4GB RAM. The smartphone runs Android 9 Pie. However, Motorola has promised to upgrade it to Android 10 and Android 11.
In the optics department, the Motorola One Action sports a triple rear camera setup: a 16MP action camera sensor with 2-micron pixel size and f/2.2 lens, a 12MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 lens. The action camera uses 4-in-1 pixel binning tech to output 4-megapixel images. The rear camera setup comes with an 'Enhanced Video Stabilisation' to reduce jerks and shakes in action videos. At the front lies a 12MP selfie shooter in the hole-punch space.
Motorola One Action comes with 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 512GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Motorola One Action price in IndiaThe Motorola One Action is priced at Rs 13,999 for the single 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The smartphone will be available for purchase in the country through Flipkart starting 12pm (noon) IST on August 30.
